Requirement of Presentation

At least one of authors must register by June 30, 2026 in order for their abstracts to be included in the program and abstract book of ISPB14.
* All participants and presenters attending the conference should complete a registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent by email to the secretariat(secretariat@ispb16.com).
Please note that all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be issued after the congress has ended.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application Visa & Traveler's Essentials

An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of ISPB16 upon request.
This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.
To request an official invitation letter, participant should first complete the registration process.
After complete the online registration process, please send the invitation request form to the secretariat. (secretariat@ispb16.com).
