Dear Colleagues,
I would like to welcome to all of you participating to the 16TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON PLASMA BIOSCIENCE (ISPB16) and PLASMA BIO TUTORIAL, which will be held in KwangWoon University, Seoul from August 12(Wednesday) to 14 (Friday), 2026.

ISPB16 is an annual international conference in the field of Plasma Bioscience and Medicine. The conference
will provide latest review of the most recent achievements, together with an opportunity for exchanging enrich scientific and
technical information among industry, academic institutions, and major research organizations across a broad range of current and
emerging research areas.

We hope you enjoy the social aspects and events of the conference as well as the scientific program.
